Our Mission Committee
To ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our commitments, and in line with Article L.210-10 of the French Commercial Code (under the PACTE Law of May 22, 2019), INELYS relies on an active and committed Mission Committee. Meeting three times a year, its role is to ensure that the decisions we make are aligned with our commitments and to produce an annual mission report.
This committee, composed of six members from diverse professional backgrounds and areas of expertise, reflects the diversity of our group: accounting, legal, recruitment, CSR, digital, and more. This diversity ensures a cross-functional perspective and effective monitoring of our social and environmental objectives.
