Employers are subject to several obligations with regard to the medical monitoring of employees.
Any medical examination must be carried out by a health professional: doctor, medical intern or nurse.
It must take place within 3 months of taking up the position, except for underage employees and night workers must take it before their assignment.
Employees are required to make another visit within a maximum period of 5 years after the first visit.
