An employer has the obligation to train all its employees in changes in their workstation.

In accordance with Article L. 6321-1 of the Labor Code, the employer is required to organize the training of his  employees :
- Throughout the execution of employment contracts;
- After taking up a position on a work-study contract;
- On the obligation of an agreement or the collective agreement applicable to the company;
- If the employment contract of an employee contains the employer's commitment to train him.
