Each year, the companies concerned by the decree relating to the methods of application and calculation of the gender equality index are obliged to  to publish, on their website, the overall score of the gender equality index.

As of March 1, 2020, any company with at least 50 employees will be required to publish the score on the gender equality index.

The company that scores less than 75 points will have to implement remedial plans to reach at least 75, within 3 years.
